loader identification

Here is a picture of the tag on the loader associated with the 4500 project of the season -

it appears to be 19-421 in the upper right - and 1135 in the lower right - -

Is there a model number hidden under the repaint somewhere? - This should be a model 7xx loader of some sort if my modest research is correct -

Can anyone tell me what this tag reveals about the loader?
