I got this picture off of another forum, so I know of no other details other than the driver of the Ford lost two fingers. He's lucky he didn't lose his head! He must have seen it coming and ducked.

I was pretty impressed by how well that Ford stood up though to all that weight on the steering column.

By the looks of the chain attached to the front bumper of the truck and running to the rear of the tractor, I'd say the tractor was pulling the truck down the hill and got run over.

I would agree, tractor was pulling truck and the truck walked right up the tractor tires when it did not start.

He was lucky only to lose 2 fingers.

Makes you think about towing.

Don't like the looks of that, anything moving with large wheels sure makes it possible.

We had a 2010 JD wide front with a loader, end up on the second floor of a large barn with the JD manure spreader hanging off. Someone was spreading manure if I recall on a hill side field behind the barn. Somehow it must have gotten some speed going to do this, but to this day I cannot picture how it was possible if I had not seen it after it was up there. Barn held up its end of the deal, 4" thick joists decked with tongue and groove.

I have seen stock cars go air born when one tries to squeeze between two others that are just the right distance apart.

Probably a chevy with hydra-boost and the ford with it's drum's.... and not a brake between the two lol

Lucky nobody was killed.

A guy comes onto a forum and says "My buddys got this cheap truck for sale" thats sat a few years. It doesn't run The brakes are shot or don't work so good,I need to get it home. Can I tow it with my little ford tractor and a chain. Everybody says no trailer it, if you don't have a trailer pay somebody!.

The Guy ignores sound advice tows it home part way it gets away on him. Not being killed was luck, Loosing 2 fingers and messing up some equipment was expensive, compared to using a trailer or hiring somebody.
I doubt the coming here asking's true, but I bet the rests not far off right looking at the green on the truck hubs. The more I read some posts that appear here, the more I realize there are a lot of people shouldn't have equipment, or tools. This stuff and accidents are getting way more common now.
