711 loader problem

I recently installed a 711 loader on my '64 Ford 4000. The combination works well, but when dumping the bucket, it swings down then back up so fast it doesn't dump all of the load. It doesn't catch on the up swing, but it will rest at about a 30 degree down angle at rest. I hope this makes sense. Is there a way to adjust this or is this part of the experience with a trip bucket? I have the manure bucket with the slip on dirt plate. Thanks for your help. I'm considering adding "wings" to the side of the bucket to hold more material and maybe this will help.

On my three 711 manure buckets they are all set the same on top see photo. This manure bucket has added sides. They all dump the same. I know if you have rust in your bucket and are loading manure, especially once you get into the fresher stuff, it can be a bit sticky at times. If you scrape and coat the rust with paint it will slide out faster. If you have the load high enough sometimes it slides out too fast. As you know there's no feathering, it's trip and dump.
