641 Spindle bushings

I need to rebuild the front end on my 641. It's a standard front end not industrial. I need to install new thrust bearings on both sides. As long as I'm in there I thought I would change out the spindle bushings too. During my search for a complete spindle kit I noticed that some kits have smaller bushings for the top and a larger bushings for the bottom. Is that correct, or are all four bushings the same size? I haven't taken it apart yet. Would like to get the kit first. Thank you for any reply's.
Joe.

New Holland lists two different lower bushings, NCA3110A; 34.1 mm ID X 37.38 mm OD X 38.1 l; 312662, SUPERCEDED BY 321662; 37.27 mm ID X 40.45 mm OD X 38.1 mm L Both are for an all purpose axle. The top bushing is 2N3109; 31.74 mm ID X 34.98 mm OD x 38.1 mm L. Don't know how you might differentiate other than removing the spindle and measuring. The year maybe a determining factor, but I don't have that info if it exists. Hope this helps.

NAA's used 4 of the 2N3109

Jan 1, 1955 through July 1,1958 used 2 of the 2N3109's for the top and 2 of the NCA3110A for the bottom
after that the bottom was changed to the larger 312662 bottom

From the Serial Number it appears to be a 1958. But don't know what month it was built. I guess the best is to take it apart first and measure them.

Thanks Guys

Looks like you can jack it up , remove the steering arm , and drop the spindle just enough to measure how thick it is in mm .

Those $10 digital calipers are close enough for this type of job and they switch the display from standard to metric with the push of a button .

Kit fever, for go the fever get the spindle anywhere but get the bushings from the dealer it will save you a lot of grief even if you have to buy several different bushings. Trash the kit bushings they are junk and not worth the effort to make them fit.

Interesting... Good to know. Thanks for the advice. I have a dealer close that I can use. Thanks again.
