1964 Ford 4000

Anyone know where to fill the hydraulic fluid on a 1964 Ford 4000 4cylinder select o speed?there are two plugs under the seat,one in the front side one in the back side,my hydraulics stopped working

hydraulics would be the plug in front of the seat on the lh side.

If the hydraulics stopped working and you suspect the fluid is low without any visible external leak, check to make sure the transmission is not now overfilled. The pressure line from the pump that passes through the transmission is known to get rust holes and leak hydraulic fluid into the transmission.

Well, what did you find?

PS.. were you referring to 3pt hyds.. or does this machine have other hyds.. like a loader that has another pump n sump somewhere as well?

Should be a dipstick behind your left foot just behind the wire coming out of transmission for trans light on dash.
