Grind a chisel to fit the slot put a set of vice grips on the chisel and wack the chisel with a hammer while keeping a little pressure on the vice grips.

(quoted from post at 08:35:24 01/02/17) X2 on what Fordfarmer says. You can get one at HF and get it right out.

What do you do when you bust all the bits and fudge up the slot... BTDT get a chisel and go at it... Or I am the lucky one thats gets the bad ones
