4610 aux hyd pump pluming

I have a 4610 and I want to add an auxiliary hydrolic pump (cam driven) to speed up the front loader. I can't figure out where to plumb the pressure line back into the hydrolic system. Can anyone help with this? A picture of the plumbing on a 4610 would be a great help.

You need a priority valve pack on the tractor in order to plumb the second pump. If the tractor has CCLS remotes then it will have the pack already. If it only has open center remotes under the seat.... then it doesn't have the priority pack. If that's the situation... you need to add the priority pack and CCLS remotes in order to combine the pump flows. You also need to remove the aperture cover on the engine and make sure you actually have a drive gear on the cam. If the tractor was sold without an engine pump there is a very good chance it doesn't have the drive gear.... in which case you need to split it, remove the flywheel and the cam cover and install the gear...
You will be into some dollars to add all that...

Thanks Rod, I do have the cam gear, I'm not sure about a priority valve, I have a single spool open center remote valve sitting on top of a power beyond block. (Under the seat, between your legs) I am running the loader off the power beyond, which works great but is very slow. The loader valve has open centers and a relief valve, I'm thinking I can T into the pressure line comming out of the power beyond block to feed the loader with both pumps and discharge back through the power beyond block to the sump. Do you see problems with this or will it work?

If you tee the aux pump outlet into the pressure line going to an open center loader valve, one that has a relief valve already in it, then you should be fine. You would not need to convert to the expensive closed center valve plus priority pack. I did something nearly identical a long time ago on a 4600, although I'm sorry I don't have any photos to share.

Make sure you get the factory piping for the pump inlet. There should be an existing hole in the rear axle housing, currently with a cap plug installed, for your pump suction.

There was an OEM kit that did essentially the same thing; add an aux pump and combine flow to the independent loader control valve. I put one on a 3430 about 15 years ago. Not so lucky with the pump drive gear in that instance.

Does anyone have any idea where I can find the factory suction line that runs from the rear sump to the auxiliary pump inlet???
