Just wonder if anybody is collecting Ford equipment?(1964 and up with blue paint) Wonder if it would be worth much in 20 years?Have seen this equipment at dealers and auctions(ie Ford balers, hay rakes)Hate to see it end up in scrap yards

If it were local I might.
If I had local dealer/parts support it would be easier, but I do not.
So I have to search for everything online and pay shipping.

I hate to see any good old equipment get scraped, but I don't have room to store all of the active farm equipment we have now, let alone collectables. Also having a active farm operation most hay work is done with modern disc mowers and round baler (800-1000 rolls), for the few hundred square bales we put up I use my old NH 270 square baler
All of my -000 series tractors see regular farm work and will be here till I'm gone, the 881 is seldom used but does get exercised pulling a wagon or box blade on occasion.
I have a couple of 601 side mount pickers we still use and a set of 101 three sixteen's that haven't been in the dirt for years. Still have dad's old blue post hole digger and 5 ft brush hog along with using his old 601 picker for parts
My brother had a 535 baler, rake and mower conditioner at one time (don't know the model #'s), he has since sold the baler and mower, uses my NH 451 for mowing and has a red Ford compact baler he plays with.
Haven't seen much collector demand for the blue implements around here, most times ones lucky to see their money back if it needs much work to get it operational.

I like my Ford tractors but as for haying equipment I guess you could say I collect NH, 451 mower,256 rake, 270 baler.
