Row crop for Ultra dog

I know Ultra dog has one of these but with Select-o-speed. Just thought it was kinda interesting. First time I've ever seen one of the 3 cylinder fords with a narrow front for sale near me. If the price were lower I might jump on it.

Wow! Good tires all around, ROPS and canopy, suitcase and rear wheel weights, diesel.... I'd say that price isn't too far out of line, as long as it's mechanically sound. I wish.... :)

Thanks TractOman.
They're interesting for sure though for me not entirely practical. A couple of thoughts: He needs that much weight on the front to keep it down when it upshifts between ranges. I do wish mine was an 8 speed.
That one must have been built in 68 or so.
Note it still has the old style canister oil filter and old style PS pump.
We had a big storm last summer that blew down a Bunch of trees. I was using mine to drag them off to a back corner of my property to burn someday. Had to get on and off it a couple dozen times to hook/unhook the chain. Made for a lot of climbing which got old pretty quick. I was glad to get on my little 3000 afterwards.

That's why my Grandpa traded the 7200 for the 7100 after a couple months. Just didn't like getting on and off the flatdeck.

Could be 4/1/68 up to late '69. Although they did switch to the newer style p/s pump in late '68 for the ag chassis models, according to the parts site the older p/s pump was used on the 4200 and 5200 up until '73 so that isn't key, but the canister style oil filter is, as it was used up until 10/69 on all of them. And since it has the newer style tin that would put it between 4/1/68 and 10/31/69
