I have a Ford 2000. It is the three cyl. diesel. The lift was working when I last used it about a month ago. Now it will not lift. When you first start it it will lift about 2 inches then stop. When you shut it down it lifts an additional inch or so while shutting down. Then when you restart it it will lift a couple of inches more then stop. If you lower the lift it will not come back up until you stop the tractor and restart it.Then still only a couple inches of lift. Any ideas as to the problem? Thanks
