DPA Pump reseal

I'm in the process of re-sealing my Lucas DPA injector pump on my 4000. Have it torn down and in the ultrasonic cleaner.
My question is: can the drive bushing be replaced in the case? I can see from the inside where it can be driven out but have not found a replacement bushing online.
 
You are correct. I just removed the case from the cleaner and see that. It was brown before cleaning and looked like dirty bronze.
Any idea what a case costs? Or how much play is acceptable?
 
Thanks, what type and size of tubing do you use for the fuel return tubes between the injectors and fuel tank?
 
Have everything clean and reassembling. I have a question concerning the transfer pump piston.
My book shows a o-ring on it where is seats in the valve. When I removed it for cleaning there was a red fiber washer stuck to it.
I don't see any washer or o-ring in my kit that fits the plunger. Is this seal needed or will it seal good enough without one?

If you mean the transfer pressure sleeve, piston and spring assembly there's no O ring used. The sleeve does use a small gasket to seal the lower shoulder inside the end cap.
