I have a jubilee that I use to move small round bales alot of times Ihave to remove the acorn nut covering a needle valve on the right side and take a small pointed object and release it. it also seems to be adjustable. my recent proublem is when the 3pt is clear up it pulsates and when moving round bales it will just drop and not pick up again.any suggestions ? thank you

the acorn nut covers the backpressure valve.

Pulsating , when lifting an ultra heavy load is likely that you are feeling the leakdown between each piston pump up... or depending ont he speed of the cycling you could be feeling regular pump up, leakdown, and then circuit regen as the position control corrects. All depends on the speed.

Unless a very small round, that's a pretty good load for a NAA.

Post back some more details.

When does it not lift?

Does it stick up?

Does it stick down?

a small round bale yes had no proublum till this year never sticks up and very eriticly sticks down wont go up at 1st startingand after it drops. Iam running hydrulic fluid

Not going up at start could be an air bleed issue, or altogether, a sticky unload valve.

Once it starts working, does it stay working till shutdown?
