Hood and Fender on Ford NAA

I have a 1954 Ford NAA the hood and fender
asyembly should it be fixed or flex going on uneven
terrain from flat leveal up a hill to flat again. That is
when noticed body move or flex some. I figure it
shouldn't have any movement and be fixed and
rigid assembly. Never touched the body since
purchased so not on my part that's why I'm asking.

The rear of the hood mounts to the cowl around the dash.
It is fairly rigid.
The front end of it mounts to the "doglegs" that have a single
bolt in the bottom but the are bolted tight.
Mine will move from side-to-side a bit when I push on it.
But it doesn't move up and down at all and doesn't move
when I drive it around.
 
I noticed yesterday moving up a slight incline the
hood and cowl moving petty good amout and
thought it didn"t look right. Do you think this
movement could put stress on the radiator?

I would want to know where the movement is.
Normally, it would not even touch the radiator.
But the movement doesn't sound normal to me.
 
The movement is at the front of the tractor. Driving it
looking forward as you do while driving just noticed
lifting up on one side or the other flexing on unlevel
ground.

The radiator and hood assembly are mounted to the front axle support. The front axle support should be securely bolted to the front of the engine and rigid. The radiator uses a bolt and spring system to allow some flexibility. The hood assembly doglegs mount to the axle support with one bolt on each side and at the cowling around the steering column with one bolt each side. It is a rigid mount but as you can imagine a little sway will occur at the farthest point from the mounts, i.e. at the nose of the hood assembly just because its sheet metal and will flex. I'd check the assemblies to make sure all is tight.
