wondering what model of ford this is and a value...engine not siezed missing a carburetor

Yup 9N or 2N. 9Ns were built '39 to '41. 2Ns were built '42 - '47.

A non - runner that looks that tough - $500.00

thanks...i need to have to sold this week or it will have to go to scrap the property has been sold
located in caledon ontario canada. any leads on a place to contact?

I'd say it's more apt to be a 9N. The 2N photo I was able to dig up had foot boards.

Try Craigslist or eBay.

(quoted from post at 16:28:59 10/04/16) You can place an ad on this site for free or hit Craigslist. Good luck with your sale.

I think that in Canada kijiji does more volume than craigslist.

According to John Smith's site, they switched from the I beam to oval radius rods in '44, a couple of years into the 2N production run.

As with most old Ford N series, I'd guess parts have been
replaced making a visual inspection tough to pin-point a year.

Check out John Smith's site as mentioned.
He shows you the changes over the years and where to look.
