Id H-Tack ok for oil pan and intake manifold gasket?

Is Permatex Hi-Tack ok for intake and oil pan gasket sealant? 73 Ford 2000 gas

Dropped the pan today to see what was in the bottom. A few pieces of small dirt and that was it . no sludge whatsoever.

I have a new gasket

The intake manifold has lot's of calcium type crud at the bottom of it and I want to use CLR to clean it out-don't want to get new radiator messed up.
 
you got it, thats what is for. been using that stuff for over 30 years. i use it on head gaskets also. nothing better.
