Tiny Fluid leak rear tire

I have a 1989 445C industrial with about 10 year old very low hour Titan 16.9 x 24 R4 CaCl loaded tires. Supposed to have tubes in them. I've had the tractor two years, so don't know the history of the tire change.
I just noticed that one tire shows a small, about 1/8" bubble of chloride on the upper sidewall near the base of the lug. If I wipe it off, it will return in 5 or 10 minutes. Doesn't leak enough to drip and air pressure check doesn't show any loss of pressure. No chloride visible by the beads.
I think I must have a small leak in the tube that the chloride has found a pinhole in the tire. Looks like time to gather tools and dismount to repair or replace the tube and blast and paint the rim.

Any comments or info?

Probably a pin hold from dirt in the tire. Get a heavy duty radial tube to go back in and get rid of the CaCl.
Clean the rims of all the CaCl and rust then repaint, use a ethanol or anti freeze protected ballast, your rims will thank you.

Thanks:
That's my plan. The chloride will go on my gravel shop yard for dust control. I have two 300 lb. iron weights on each wheel, so the difference in weight between chloride and anti-freeze ballast won't matter.

Be sure to drain both side since fluid in one side and not the other can cause a tractor to flip over a whole lot easier.

Also when you replace that tube be sure to wash the rim real well with water and maybe even sand it some and give it a good coat of paint. I my self use pickup truck bed liner spray on them

My experience has been, unless there is a puncture, the tube has been leaking internally for a while before the fluid finally makes it to the outside,
Point I am making, be prepared when you take it apart, you may have to replace the rim or do major repair, this type tire weight material is so corosive, I just wonder why they use it for so long,

Yes, I've been thinking about what I'll find inside. I'm going to dismount the tire when I've got time to work on the rim.
