Dissappointing!

I went and looked at a 630, not original, it has a PTO. Engine is froze, partly disassembled comes with an engine that allegedly runs that came out of a swather. needs new rubber too. When the guy finally gave me a price I about fell over! 2K and wouldn't budge! Guess I'll keep looking for a replacement for one of my 8N's.

That's like the man who has the Ferguson 2 bottom for $1800 on Craig's list. Don't think they really
want to sell when they give prices like that.

Good thing I was setting in a chair when I read your post
$2k is about full price for a good running 630

Here in my local area it would be about 2K without the PTO. This one has a PTO so I would expect it to bring, in good running condition with decent tires about 2500 to 3K.

Rick,
I know where there's a 650 that could be
bought. Fair rubber, decent tin, fenders a
little rough. Runs nice, doesn't pop out of
gear.
Has a 6' backblade, boom pole and ford dirt
scoop with it.
I found this tractor for my neighbor when he
sold out here and moved to Bemidji about 7
years ago.
He did his work with it and it just sits
now. (inside)
He paid $3500 for it with the back blade
which I approved of then added the 2 other
tools.
You could probably get the package for
$2500.
If you're interested in it email me and I'll
give you his number.

Jerry I'm interested but not right now. That's a little out of my budget with Christmas coming on and 11 grandkids to spoil. The one I looked at I figured that I could pick up for 300-500.

Anyway if the guys still has it in the spring I'll contact you and get the info on it. By then I should have 3K or so to play with. Don't really need the implements although the boom pole might be useful, but those items sell well in my area.
