Red Tiger casting codes

Going to look at a Red Tiger industrial tomorrow.
Refresh my memory, so I know which one I'm
looking at... the 134 starts with EAE, and the 172
starts with EAF, right? How about the 192's? (Though
it's not likely I'd be lucky enough to find one of them.)
Ballpark value? Owner says it quit on him but isn't
seized. Suspects the fuel pump.

You are right on the EAE and EAF code but there re many codes for the industrial engine depending on the year built. Best to post the code.

I would take a smart phone and do a Google search on the casting code when you're there in person looking at the casting code.

EAE and EAF are just for very early 134 & 172 ci tractor engines. Industrial engines would be different. There are a number of other codes that don't staert with either EAE or EAF for the tractor engines.

From John Smith's site for the 134 & 172 ci engines, and these are just for the tractor engines, Industrial engines will have different casting codes:

EAE 6015 - 134 1953-1957
310905 - 134 1958-1959
B9NN-6015C - 134 late 1959 early 1960
C0NN-6015G - 134 sleeveless late 1962-1964

EAF 6015 - 172 1953-1957
310609 - 172 1958-1959
B9NN6015J - 172 late 1959 early 1960
B9NN6015B - 172D late 1959 early 1960
C0NN-6015C - 172D-G late 1960-1964
C0NN-6015J - 172 late 1960-1964

It's a CONN6015G. Agreed on a price for it. Worst part is, I have to take the Owatonna swather it's in. Going to be a slow drive home. Anybody want some swather parts? :)
