A guy just dropped off what I thought was a 641. The problem is the 3pts won't work. I noticed it was a late 601 series and cleaned the grease off the serial number to see what year it was. This is when I noticed the model was 621.

I thought 621's didn't have a live hydraulic pump or a PTO?

This tractor has both.

It has the proof meter. I was wondering if the 621 originally had a proof meter?

One odd thing I noticed. It has a NAA nose emblem. It has the correct hood for a 1960 model.

Could have started life as anything and had a trans from a 621 swapped into it at some point also. Model number and serial number are stamped into the trans housing, so when you swap a trans the model number and S/N change to whatever the donor tractor was.

I have a 620 with a Sherman forklift and it has the lift pump but no 3-point lift. The lift pump is used to supply oil for the power steering. It does not have a proof meter. It also has a reversing transmission.

(quoted from post at 09:29:43 09/12/16) It has the tool box, front and rear lights. Has everything my 641 has.

As I said, it could have started life as a 641 and then had the trans swapped at some point with one from a 621.
