Starting the tractor up after it's been sitting

My tractor has not run in approx 3 years.

I drained the old gas, I put 3 drops of oil in the distributor cap on the side, changed the oil and filter and antifreeze, greased it, topped off power steering etc.

Should I remove the plugs and spray anything inside the cylinders?

I removed the coil wire and turned the engine over clockwise (me facing the front of the tractor)a few times.

Would it be wise to turn it over by hand 8-10 times to get oil pressure up or oil traveling to the top of the engine?

Thanks

It wont hurt to turn it over with no load and no plugs.

Some people put a tablespoon of ATF in there and turn it over. Seals rings, adds lube, helps pressure for start. Clean plugs n points. Hot battery, service air cleaner and let her rip.

Ps, identifying your tractor always gets you more/better info.

All we know is you have a gasser, likely from 52-64.

On one that has sat like that I like to put some ATF in the cylinder to help with sticking rings and valve and lube it up before it is spun over.
