3000 injector pump problems

I was using my ford 3000 with 3 cyl deicil and it acted like it ran out of fuel. I added more fuel and tried to start it. I sprayed starter fluid to start it and wouldn't start. I then cracked the injector line at injectors to bleed them, no fluid. I have fluid coming from the tank, past the pump and through the filters into the injector pump. My questions are; how much pressure is the supply pump need to have? is there someplace to bleed the injector pump? and where do I go from here.

The question is not do you have fuel at pump but is it enough? I serviced one of mine once, and made an error. It sat idling for about 20 mins while I took care of a few little things. When I went to drive off, it ran for about a min then started to die. It would get enough to idle or to run at 900 RPMs but not enough to do anything. So you need to check at filter outlet for FLOW as opposed to presence.
