Another Hydraulic Diverter Valve Question

The main output fitting is controlled by the quadrant control when the valve is engaged. The pressure tops out at 2000psi and is variable. The engine lugs down under load when I do this check so I assume this is bad for the pump?

The question I have is I think I need a 3 way valve to run a snowplow lift cylinder and a 4way valve to run the turn cylinders. I would like to do this with a 2 spool valve but haven't been able to find one. So I guess I need one with power beyond and one with open center, does this sound right?

Not sure I understand your end goal. Is it to run a lift cylinder and an angling cylinder for a snow plow? If so, you can buy a dual spool valve that will replace that diverter valve. If you can't find one then you haven't been looking in the right places. They are all over the internet, including right here on Yesterdays Tractors.

I saw the valves on this site but they're a little too pricey for me. I will probably look for a generic valve and plumb a return to the fill plug. Thx for the help

Not really germane to this post but Fwiw, I learned the hard way that better not try to actuate this kind of
diverter valve when you have a blade lifted in the air on the 3pt hitch. The plunger didn't want to move (due to
pressure from the blade weight...hindsight is 20-20) so I smacked it with my hand. Blew the inner seals out of
it, blade crashed to the ground, diverter didn't divert no mo.

Good to know, thx
