Steering Box Kit?

I have been Googling all over the web, but can't seem to get any applicable results.
Looking for a rebuild/overhaul kit for Ford 800 steering box.
Anyone got a supplier?
Or maybe a list of needed parts?
 
I doubt you will find a 'kit'.

What parts do you need? determine that and order.

many times it is thrust bearings and races, sector seals, etc.

I'll have to tear it down before ordering parts.
I was hoping to have everything ready first, but at least this way I won't be buying parts that aren't needed, although after half a century of neglect I suspect that it is likely that almost everything in there will be needed.[/quote]
 
you can either buy everything and just put a new box and steering wheel on it.. or you can open it up, and likely replace a
couple bearings, a few bushings and some seals plus fluid and go.

Try Steven's Tractor Co. in Cahachoa (spelling), LA. John probably has used them, located mid state. Also Alexander's Tractor Co. in E. Texas.
Both been selling quality Ford parts for 35 years that I know.
