Hi Folks

One of these came up for sale locally I haven't had a good look at it yet. but I was wondering about opinions. Does this have power steering ? I saw somewhere that these don't also is it maybe a little underpowered? it comes with weights on all the wheels and it looks like 2 sets on the rear. What kind of value and how is parts availability?

I'm comparing it to a B275 international I have now. trip bucket no power steering or Hydraulic take off points. but it has more power. Once settled it would be used for pulling a small disk. roto tiller box blade 5' ,mower and maybe hay equipment in the future./

it has about 1400 hours on the meter and looks like it should have more that that mainly becaise the paints scuffed on the loader tractor looks fine and i'm told the pins are all tight.

That is one of the older Ford/Shibarua compacts. I'd avoid them, simply because of parts being unavailable new, or insanely high priced. It would be fine for a small
disk, tiller, box blade, and finish mower or brush mower, but it's on the small/light side for haying.
Others may disagree with that, but that's how I feel about them.

I don't know if I'd necessarily stay away from it... but one does have to realize that parts availability is getting scarce and/or expensive.
It's too light for hay gear. It would be an OK light loader tractor... As an addition to your B275 it might be something to consider if you
got it for a price that you would consider disposable. Couple grand in my estimation if it's in good working order. And no, it has no power
steering.
