pump leaking close to top can see where it goes together can i remove the 2 bolts from top and replace o ring or gasket not sure what is

May be more wrong inside causing the leaks. When the flex ring inside starts going bad, breaking apart that can cause several leaks that only a complete tear down and all seals replaced will correct..

You can get a seal kit for that pump and replace to o-rings on the throttle and shut off shafts. Plus top gasket.
Check youtube for instructions.
