So I'm looking for some helpful answers on this tractor ford 7000 with a 7710 motor tractor runs great everything works fine but the hose for the inside the hydraulic tank keeps blowing apart thinkin that's from using to light of hose but also wen u use the hydraulics the valve block whines like it's plugged somewhere almost like a valve is sticking not quite sure how to remedy we also have a 6600 that has same hydro setup and it works fine didn't know if anyone had an idea on why it would do this. But the main issue we have with the 7710 is it seems to be lacking power runs great on idle and all the way to full throttle but it won't blow any smoke at all wen under load and dies out I was mowing hay with a 9 ft new holland hay bine and I could hardly keep it running while on flat ground in second or first gear and it wont even puff any smoke at all thinkin fuel problem but not sure wat to do about it tractor has lucas in line injection pump any suggestions?

You're WAY low on power. I run a 9' mower-conditioner with a 4600, easily. I borrowed a 12' disk mow-co last year, and pulled it with my 7600 in 5th. If a diesel is lacking power, it's usually an air or fuel restriction. A dirty/restricted air filter will also cause lots of smoke, so that probably ins't your problem. Wouldn't hurt to clean it anyway. A lack of fuel flow could be a plugged vent on the tank cap, crud in the screen on the valve on the bottom of the tank, dirty/plugged/waterlogged fuel filter(s), or an air leak between the tank and the injection pump. There are other possibilities, but I'd check these first.

Yea I've gone through all the fuel and intake system just had the tractor tore apart to rebuild steering column clean tank wen it was off and fuel will literally run out of the line into pump changed filters and cleaned all the lines bcuz we thought it could be one of those to leaning towards its something with injection pump but didn't know if anyone knew any tricks to testing or if a way to check if it's turned up or down can't find to much on this lucas pump to tell me wat to do

Can you get a good full frame pic of the injection pump so we can get a proper idea of what it is? You say it's a Lucas pump which makes me think it's an emissioned pump and the cure will probably be different for that than an older pump...
I'm somewhat inclined to think that it either has an insufficient fuel supply to the pump or it's set incorrectly for the application. Depending on what pump it is, you may be able to turn it up easily..... or you may have to send it to someone and put it on a test stand to set it...

I've got a 7610 with the rotary pump. Had the same issues two different times. One fix was putting a lift pump (little in line job from NAPA) in the fuel line before the filters. The other time my linkage was off on the kill cable after a split for a clutch.
