SOS transmission front plate needed

I posted this earlier adn received several replies. Thanks to all who replied. Several indicated my description was not very good so here is more of what I learned.

I need the front plate on the SOS transmission for a 1965 Ford 3000. This is the input in the front of the transmission where the transmission oil pump is located. CNH calls it a Plate Assembly, oil pump adopter, P/N C5NN7B471A. Cast, about 18" in diameter. The one I have has a crack in the oil pump housing and leaks badly.

One question is are the 3000 and 4000 SOS the same?

Where are you located?
I have a complete SOS from a 4400 in the shed up at my property. Sell you the whole thing pretty cheap.
It's in central MN, I'm in the Twin Cities. Could bring it down in a couple of weeks.
I dont think I want to mess areond taking parts off of it. Prefer to just get rid of it complete.

The only difference that I am aware of between the S-O-S transmissions on the 3 cylinder 3000 and 4000 tractors is that the external oil cooler and lines were standard on the 4000, but they was optional on the 3000.

I just verified on the parts site that the part number you posted for that pump adapter plate is the same on a 3000 as on a 4000.

Had trouble with site login, so late reply. First thing on the transmissions, they are not totally the same, and although they will bolt right in on either 3cyl. 2000-3000-4000 the 2&3 K trannys have a fourth planetary at the back used as a gear reduction before the final drive. The 4000 3cyl have the gear reduction within the final drive housing, therefore have a different back plate, and the SOS output shaft is about 1-1/2 inches longer where it extends from back plate. I believe. The front plates are the same. A few other incidental interior parts are different.
Second thing: not sure where your located, sounds like Ultradog can help you. I am in Utah, and have two complete working SOS trans. That I no longer need and will unload very reasonable. Good luck with your issue
