hyd pump re-build, 641D

arms on hyd sys will not go up or down. took the hyd plug out under the seat no press. took the front plug out on the hyd pump and turned the tractor over, a little oil came out not much press. Is a rebuild hyd pump in order with PT#CCPN600AB from yt. or look elsewhere first. the hyd pump does make a tinging noise. thanks in advance for your time.

If it's got enough fluid in it and the lines from the hydraulic sump through the transmission to the pump manifold are clear and passing fluid then yes, a pump rebuild is probably in order.
