nd 4110 sos shifter & upper cable, please.

Need sos shifter and upper cable for ford 4110 probably a 70 model as its has a generator. someone broke the shift housing ...and the center friction disk on the upper cable wheel is slipping or spinning. This tractor looks to be a 4000 lcg but has a 4110 decal on it. thanks Bill

The 3 cylinder LCG tractor of the 1965-1974 4000 series was called the 4110.

But to be confusing they made another tractor that they called the 4110 later on, from '81-'90, which was the xx10 series evolution of the '75-'81 4100, which was basically a 4610SU with a smaller engine, but they stopped making the S-O-S after the '65-'74 thousand series so it definitely has to be the earlier one.

Check with John Smith and Tony Jacobs to see if they might have, or know where you can get, the parts you need.

thanks Sean... also found out the lower shift cable has a buggered up end also... find parts or junk a very nice running tractor...
