1964 4000 172 gas as motor heats up oil pressure drops down to 5 lbs.at idle 15 or so at operating speed. I take oil pan off to check what ever and I find the nut for the oil filter line missing and seal about half out. could this be my problem I have 40 to 45 psi on start up HELP
