I just bought a 1910 and i dont have a manual yet. The differential will not disengage...meaning both wheels are being powered etc It makes it very difficult to turn. Ive tried going slow and hitting brakes as well as jacking it up and rocking right side rear tire. Guess ill have to tear it apart. There is a plate on the bottom and also a plate where hydraulucs goes into. Anyone know if i could take that apart and fix it thru there? Any other ideas are apprrciated.

I'd start by checking the pedal linkage and see if that's not stuck first of all... Beyond that it would probably mean pulling an axle off to
expose the differential.... although I'm NOT familiar with the 1910's axle layout so I can't give you any better advice than that. I'm just
speaking generally in terms of the larger models.

Spray a good penetrant on the shaft were it goes into the case. It may be galded . If the shaft moves it should let the fork disengage . Or it could the pin on the shaft that hold the fork and spring could be broke.
