Looks like an emblem off a jube. 01 series had the plastic emblem. Did not say 800 in it. That was hundred series

Clutch looks low to be a dual stage, unless they have it connected that way. More than I would pay for one though

I am betting there are several things that are not original including paint, manifold, carburetor Proof-meter, generator and tires. The tires look excellent but that tread design was not used in 1957. The Proof-meter ,if original, would have the numbers 1 through 5 in red on the needle. It might be a collector if one knew how many 861s were built in 1957

My Dad's home town.
That nose emblem is for a '54 NAA. Nice looking
tractor, but too rich for me. That kind of money
should put you on a nice diesel/8-speed 4000.

Guys, does that nose emblem look like an original? I thought the original had 800 on it.

The badge on an 861 would not have said 800. An 801 would not have had a number on the badge, It would have had that same design in the middle with the stalk of corn inside the shield, but the outside ring would have been a plain ring with no stars. that badge with the stars around the perimeter was only put on the 1954 NAA from the factory.

Only 213 hours????? I have a hard time
believing that that's less than a half
hour a year, my tractors probably spend
that long warming up each year!
