Ford 4500 Backhoe-OOPS or not??

I recently picked up an older Ford 4500 backhoe. While looking it over and checking things out, my daughter came over and asked if she could help. I indicated the antifreeze and told her she could add antifreeze while I greased the zerks.
After she poured about 3/4 gallon, I heard her say, "Uh, is this the right place?"
YIKES! Not what I wanted to hear! Anyway, she poured it in to the blue filler neck indicated above. In her defense, there IS a Preston cap on the neck. But there is also the radiator cap. So, did we screw up, or is that an additional fill location? If not, what is it and what do we need to do to correct the error?

Thank you!

Bib OOPS, that is where the oil goes. Drain the oil immediately and do not start it till you get the oil changed.

Bob is absolutely right on all counts. FYI a CNH replacement oil cap is marked as "oil". It might be a good investment ;-).

That is the oil fill neck that is part of the valve cover. I would drain the oil and fill it with new oil and run it for a few minutes and then drain it and fill it with new again. Then run it for a few minutes again and then check the dipstick to see if the oil looks milky at all, and if it does I would drain it and fill with new one more time.

I would do everything Sean commented on, drain it immediately and replace oil and check to see if milky, I would like to add though that I would go get "cheap" oil to run through it the first time as your going to need to drain that and then fill her up a second time, just my two cents.....

OK Pretty much what I thought, but just wanted to be certain. Thank you all for the information, guess its a trip to Wally World for some "cheap oil" to do the drain and flush with. I have no one to blame but myself for this one! Should have either done it myself, or showed her where to fill it.
Again, thank you all for the replies!
