ford 675D shifting problem

am having shift problems on 675D after approx.half hour running time.after that when i try to shift from one direction to other,forward to reverse or reverse to forward,it does not move.it will not move in either direction.but if allowed to sit for half hour or so will work again.but only for another thirty mins or so.could that be an issue caused by improper tranny fluid,and or improper level of tranny fluid? the shuttle shifter looks like someone has torn it apart before but seems to work ok.is it wired to some kind of switch that might also be the cause of shifting problem? am new to the tractor world and this is my first tractor ever.have no manual or paperwork of anykind on it.any help is greatly appreciated or suggestions as to where i can download manual pages for it thanks again

I'm not familiar with that new of a model, but from the parts drawings it appears to have an electronically controlled hydraulically powered reverser. The handle just tells the control box what you want to do and the control box powers solenoids that operate the hydraulic valves inside the transmission. It could be the fluid you are using gets too thin when it warms up, or it could be the electronic control box is having heat related problems, or it could be that the seals in the internal contiorl valve are leaking when hot. The service manual should have the proper troubleshooting steps to check for proper pressure and other things. A quick Google search found a few places selling the manual. The first one is a PDF version that was scanned form the orginal and put on SD. The second one is a real hard copy:
