Ford 4000 Holley carb fuel inlet fitting

I've got a '68 Ford 4000 3cyl gas. I've been having some fuel leaks on the carb, and I noticed a prior owner had replaced the fuel inlet fitting with an 1/8" NPT fitting. I took it out and was able to clean out the threads. As best I can tell the carb is a 3/8-24 straight thread, and the fuel lines going to it have a 5/16" double flare end on them. I can't find an adapter fitting anywhere to connect the 2. Does anyone have an old Holley carb with that inlet fitting on it they want to sell? I just need the fitting. It's item #12 on this picture:
