I have REALLY dirty antifreeze, or engine oil in my antifreeze.
It appears to be oil in the antifreeze to me.
How's this possible?
BUT I DO NOT have antifreeze / water in my engine oil.
I drained the coolant and flushed the radiator and block till the water was clear. That took forever before the water was clear.
Filled it with distilled water and Mac's / NAPA cleaner which is clear.
Ran it for 3 hours and same thing: water / coolant no longer clear. It was really dirty / oily.
No change in engine oil level.
Still no water in engine oil.
What's going on?
Am I doing any damage?
Can I keep running it as long as I'm not getting coolant in the engine oil?
Thanks in advance!
