Birthday Girl!

My 66 4000 turned 50 yesterday, and we celebrated by spreading 80 tons of material with a 7' box blade. It's so cool that these machines were so well designed and built that they're thriving yet today! Of course my frame of reference may be skewed; I'm still using my 59 971 and 36 F20!

Happy birthday to her.
Did you get her a present?
Like maybe some oil or set of points?
I like the sound of those 192 gassers.
When the governor kicks in and they snort a
little. Nice sound.

Hi Scott. Can you please tell me more about those front tires and rims ? What size are the
tires and how did you get those front rims, are they special rims to accept the wider tires
?? My email is open! thanks Jim in N.M.

Jim, thank you for your interest. The front tires are 10-16 Firestone Champion Guide Grips (4 ribs) 10-16s on rims I picked at the AG store. I had them blasted and powder coated Ford grey (fenders and rear centers too). I love the combination of the 18.4x30 Titans and the 10-16s, and they really work well with the FEL.
