Ford 641 Resoration questions

Good afternoon everyone! I have some questions for yall. I bought a 1958 ford 641 about a month ago. I'm in the process of trying to restore it to the best I can. Im in the process of completely rebuilding the motor and decided to go ahead and replace the clutch. Ive seen most people recommend to replace the input shaft seal, but I'm not sure exactly sure how to tackle it. Ive read where people have lost a bunch of needle bearings in the process and I want to try to avoid that. Next question is the front axle support is a little worn. The threads on the rear or the support on worn on the top. Should I just replace the axle pin and bushing, or can a machine shop get it back right for a reasonable price? Lastly there is a pretty bad leak from the the right trumpet. It seems to be leaking from the bottom. The brake shaft on the side looks to have taken a pretty good blow at some point and the nuts on the trumpet were all about 1 turn loose compared to the other side. I cant seem to find a gasket for the trumpets or any other threads talking about any problems of them leaking from this area? I'm sure I have plenty of other questions as I have ZERO experience with tractors, but any help would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time!
