Ford in New Holland Style Sheet Metal????

Once New Holland dumped the traditional Ford sheet metal on the 2/3/4/5 thousand series - weren't these same tractors essentially made for a
time with the New Holland curvy sheet metal and with seat side shifters?

My Brother pointed out an ad for a New Holland TT75a and I was thinking maybe a Ford underneath the sheet metal?

What models were Ford, but with the newer style and ergonomics New Holland clothing?

I'm thinking - as good as a Ford, but likely lower priced used - as who would know.

Thanks!

I'd say it's pretty unlikely. My cousin has a TN90 or something like that. Nothing Ford about it - not even the same shade of blue. Fiat's motor, transmission, the whole works.

i think the 40 seres tractors like 5640 and up was some of the last and like 4630 and 5030at the same time if i was looking for a 3 cylinder i would want a 4630 because there tjhe newest and i like the 5610 6610 and 7710 a lot in fact any ford tractor works for me because there more dependible . i spent more money keeping the green ones runing in the last 3 years thay i did on fords in the last 30 i think i will just look and when i find a really nice ford will add to lots cheeper than the green ones .

May be wrong here, but the ts90,ts100, and ts110 came after the 40 series and were all ford...and tb100 iirc were mexican versions, of the ford....

I may have the model number wrong. .. but his has a
tag on the block saying either Fiat or Iveco (forget
which).

The short answer is yes... they still offer a blue tractor with NewHolland badges that is based on the last 40/TS chassis with the exception that it obviously uses a newer emissioned Iveco engine. The 40/TS chassis was an evolution of the 5000 and I suppose to the less observant eye they are much the same.. At a technical level they are obviously an evolution but the basic layout is the same.

Rod, Little confused.. are you talking the 5000 series as in t5060, t6060 series of New Holland? they look like they evolved from the t100 series with same tranny, front axle, and rearend setup.

The Mexican-built New Holland TS6020 and TS6030 from the 2010 time frame used a 7000-style rear end and an 8x2 or 16x4 Dual Power transmission. The TS6020 and TS6030 was replaced in 2012 by the TS6 series which gained hydraulic brakes and a shuttle shift.
I have a 2012 TS6020, and it has given me more issues than all of my other Fords combined.

No, I'm saying the 40/TS and the TB derivatives today are all an evolution of the Ford 5000... The T5000 series are of mixed pedigree. I believe the transmissions are mostly of 40/TS heritage and the axles of Fiat origin along with Iveco engines...
