Will these rims/tires fit my 231?

My 231 has the really wide turf tires and rims. In order to make the tractor fit on a regular equipment trailer (80 inch width), I need normal, narrow tractor tires.

Someone told me on this forum a few months ago that rims/tires from an 8N will fit. I have not had luck finding any. I did find this ad, but it is about a 2 hour drive from me:

Are all 8 bolt tractor rims the same? I hope these will work as the price is right and I don't need perfect tread as long as they hold air. My other tires are in good shape, but I can't get it on my trailer as it is too wide.

If the rims and centers are off an 8 N they
will bolt onto your 231. Same 8 on 6" bolt
pattern. Same with all Jubilees, Hundreds,
etc.
Ford did use 2 different 8 lug patterns
however. The 3 cyl 4000 and 5000 also had an
8 bolt pattern but it was 8 on 8" - too
big.

Turns out those rims were 8 bolt with an 8 inch spread.

I have exhausted all leads available in central Alberta where I am. All three tractor wreckers in the province have nothing. They want me to buy over 1000 bucks of new rims/tires and I don't feel it is worth spending that kind of money.

I would be very grateful if anyone knows of something for sale I can purchase, would sure save me from having to rent a highboy trailer all the time.
 

Those plain 8 bolt centers should be very easy to find at any tractor salvage yard, simply because they are very difficult to wear out or ruin. I needed a spare pair and I got a pair from an International 350.
