Ford 600 ???

I bought a Ford 600 that has sat for a few years. Had an older gent check it out. Got it started, sounded ok then I get puzzled. The oil pressure is about 70 psi. Then the oil filter starts to leak. Engine also has what I call a rattle. I'm thinking something is stopped up causing the OP to go up, the oil filter to leak, and the rattle. The gasket looks fine on the filter. I plan to get a new filter tomorrow but don't expect that to change anything. This is a new one for me. Anybody got any ideas. Is there a bearing somewhere that could have spun closing off an oil passage or ???

Good chance the oil pressure relief valve is stuck and causing that problem. Had that happen on a Chev Vega I had years ago due to trying one of those snake oil fixes in a can to help slow it from burning oil and all it did was cost me more $$

Thanks. I have an engine already out with a hole in the block. I think I will pull the pan and learn a little on that one.
