Engines stuck and it's sitting outside with the head and pan off.
26 years ago I bought my 4000 with the engine stuck, they said it had been sitting for about a year. Had to use a 8 lb sledge hammer to beat the pistons out (long year).
Good side was a .020 over bore cleaned it up.

I love how they make it sound like you just gotta push em out no big deal, still likely not a bad deal if it has decent tires. If it was local I probably would be going to take a look!
