601 CHECK VALVE / BACK PRESSURE VALVE

This tractor lift I am trying to fix is one that has been cobbled together with some parts missing and some installed wrong.
My big problem now is that some nut had driven something down into the check valve and there is nothing to get hold of to pull it out. I don't even know what it is??? Can't get any puller into it as it has some sort of thing projecting out of the check valve bushing. I'm going to pull the ram cylinder assembly back off and try to pry it out???
Can somebody post a picture of all the ccomponents of the check/back pressure valve and it's lay out so I can try to figure out what I have gotten into with this thing? I already have about 8 hours trying to figure it out and get missing parts etc.

Help!

Thanks, that is what I needed. That part that goes in first after the smaller spring is what has been driven in and the smaller diameter part is
broken off.
How is that bushing supposed to come out? Female thread? I think that may be what is broken off and nothing to get a hold on???? Thought about welding
an extension on a tap and see if I could get a few threads to catch to pull it out?

Any ideas?

he bolt, washer & pipe sleeve were this guy's home brew extractor. I would probably make some attempt to see if I could do any good working thru holes 4 and 5.

I finally got that broken piece of the old spool out of the hole. The check valve and spring were in backwards too.

I drilled a 1/8 hole in the end of a 5/16" fine threaded rod and then pushed a nail with about a half way cut in it so it would break off when it
got against the spool part and it worked. Just put a stack of washers on the outer portion of the threaded rod and a nut and began cranking. I did
do some serious hammering along the bore when I got the puller really tight and it made the broken part begin to move. Hopefully I can get this
thing out of my vice and the tractor out of my shop yard some time soon. That is if the lift works when I get it put back on the tractor. That is
always an iffy proposition?????

I could text you a picture of my puller idea if you could post it. I don't know how to do that.

Thanks For the help.

ure go ahead & do that. My email is open in modern view (safe mail assistant).
Good work & good luck to the finish!

Finally got the lift cover back on the tractor and it works good. This thing almost drove me crazy. Looked like a team of idiots put it together from parts found in a junk yard.

Thanks, For the help.
