That one is from an 01+ series, ( charge indicator ) and either was in an 801 and was moved to a 601 or naa, or was in a 601, and was moved to an 801, as you can tell the hole for the steering column is now able to accomodate either. 
However, all that said. for 12$ buy it now?? That's a good deal for someone needing a 53-64 console for a working tractor.
