3000 power steering housing

The housing on my power steering pump(the part where you put the fluid in) has developed a small crack in it. Does anyone make this part new or will I have to find in a junk yard?
 
The part number for the reservoir tank/cover has been superseded several times over the years and the current part number is 83960256. It looks like they are still available but crazy expensive, around $250.00. It would be cheaper to buy a complete aftermarket pump, as they can be had for less than that, but they are a generic pump that are sold as fitting a lot more models of tractors because the relief valves are set at 1100 psi when you by them, so you need to shim the relief valve to lower that to 650 psi for your 3000. This site (Yesterday's tractors) sells one for $165.60:

They also sell one already set up at 650 psi, but that one is ridiculously expensive as well at $946.79, probably because they don't sell as many of those and they have to shim them before they sell them:
