Another question for you ford guys out there on my ford 1964 4000 row crop model? I had some problems out of my proof meter as the cable was broken so I order new one along with new guage to. I decide to remove cable and notice when I pulled the one down at the bottom right side that a drive gear thing ? Like a worm gear? Came out with tach cable. So I took it out clean it of some small sludge and looked into hole and noticed the gear head that the worm gear goes into was kinda off set some in there ? Is this normal are they suppose to be able to move around in there floating?
