I have a 1968 Ford 5200 that I am restoring and would like to upgrade the PTO Brake from a brake arm to the band style.
The band style was on the 1973-75 Ford 5000 PTO brake system.
Will the Items # 70 & 86-96 from New Holland on line parts page 07D05 POWER TAKE OFF ASSEMBLY, SINGLE SPEED -5000. fit the 1968 model?
I can find all the parts but item # 96 "PTO Drive Clutch Actuating, Arm start year 01-JUN-73.
If items 86-95 would work with the older Item# 17 Hydraulic Valve the items 70 valve and 96 arm would not be needed.
Any salvage 5000 parts out there from 1973-75?
