I recently got a 3600 that had been sitting in a barn for about 10 years, when I got it started the 3pt arms raised all the way up and it sounds like the hydraulics are under load. I got a service manual and everything in the troubleshooting talks about if the lift won't raise but there isn't anything about if it won't lower. I'm assuming I will have to pull the top cover but what should I start looking at once I get it off? The unloading valve, control valve?
