960 Question

I am not a Ford guy, but a friend of my recently bought a 960. He was asking me where to put the oil in the engine. He thinks it under a filter cap that is threaded onto a tube. But he says there is a metal plate, the cap threads into, in the tube with two small holes on the side of the plate. His complaint is adding oil to the engine takes forever. Is he putting oil into the correct fill tube?

Simply pull the breather cap upward on the right front of the engine to add oil.

Might be a good time to disassemble and clean the breather cap filter.
