Its a long story, but I ended up with a 192 head after I brought my 172 head to a shop. Don't ask, not worth it.
I can just order one from Steiner, but I thought first I'd ask if there are any other choices and if anyone is on the opposite predicament.
I dont think they are interconvertible because the head is taller and so the pushrods are too short, and the oil supply for the rocker arms seems missing.
